You can ask us to delete your Beesi Saathi account and the data associated with it at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.
How to request deletion
Send an email to maharajatechnical@gmail.com with:
- The subject line “Delete my Beesi Saathi account”
- The phone number or email address you used to sign in
We’ll verify the request and confirm once it’s processed. Requests are typically completed within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
- Your account (sign-in identity) with Firebase Authentication.
- Your profile information (name, email, phone, photo).
- Groups you created and their members, rounds, and payment records.
- Any photos you uploaded for members.
What may be retained
Where a group you’re the admin of still has other members participating, we’ll remove your personal profile data but may retain the group’s payment/round history so the remaining members’ own records stay intact and accurate — this data is not personally identifiable to you once your account is removed. Standard infrastructure logs (e.g. crash/diagnostic logs kept briefly by Google Firebase) may persist for a short period per Google’s own retention policy before automatic deletion.
