These terms govern your use of Beesi Saathi (the “app”) and this website. By using either, you agree to them.

What Beesi Saathi is — and isn’t

Beesi Saathi is a record-keeping and coordination tool for rotating savings groups (Beesi/Bisi/committee funds). It helps a group’s admin track members, contribution amounts, payment status, and run a fair draw for each round.

Beesi Saathi is not a bank, payment processor, escrow service, or financial institution. It never holds, transfers, or has access to real money. All actual contributions and payouts happen directly between members, outside the app, by whatever means they agree on (cash, UPI, bank transfer, etc.). We are not a party to those transactions and cannot guarantee, reverse, or mediate them.

Your responsibilities

• You’re responsible for the accuracy of the group, member, and payment information you enter.
• Group admins are responsible for actually collecting and distributing funds among members — the app only reflects what an admin records.
• You must be legally able to participate in this kind of savings arrangement under the laws that apply to you; rotating savings schemes are subject to local regulation in some places, and it’s your responsibility to comply with it.
• Don’t use the app to defraud, mislead, or coerce other members.

The draw

The winner of each round is selected by a server-side process that neither the app nor the group admin’s device can influence after the fact — random draws use a secure random source, and a manual (hardship-case) pick is still validated server-side against who’s still eligible. We do not guarantee any particular outcome or timing.

Disputes between members

Disagreements about whether a payment was actually made, whether a draw was fair, or anything else between members of a group are between those members. We’re not able to arbitrate these disputes and aren’t liable for losses arising from them.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and reliable but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update these terms, the app, or this website over time; continued use after a change means you accept it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Beesi Saathi and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including disputes over money exchanged between members outside the app.
